1. The service

Boresha is a Shopify embedded app. Installing it from the Shopify App Store is how you get access. There is no public Boresha account or card form on this website.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app inside your Shopify admin, subject to Shopify’s terms and these terms.

3. Billing

Shopify remains the merchant of record for plans and credit packs. Credits meter AI work. They are not cash, are not transferable, and unused monthly credits reset except on the Scale plan (rollover capped at one month). Failed generations return credits. Discarding a finished proposal does not.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your catalog and brand materials. You grant us the rights needed to generate proposals, store staging media, and write to Shopify only after you choose publish, draft, or (for an existing product) update.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive listings; to probe other shops; or to circumvent credit metering.

6. Availability

Generation depends on third-party models and Shopify’s APIs. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boresha Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for listing content you choose to publish. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the app through Shopify in the three months before the claim. This section will be reviewed by counsel.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless counsel later specifies otherwise. Contact support@boresha.app.
